1. Core Function of Transformers
Transformers enable the conversion of grid voltage to system- or load-specific voltage levels, facilitating efficient power transmission and distribution.
2. Amorphous Alloy Transformers
- Technology: Utilizes iron-based amorphous alloy cores with superior soft magnetic properties, achieving high energy efficiency (no-load losses ≤0.15W/kg).
- Standards Compliance:
- GB 1094: Power Transformers (equivalent to IEC 60076-1).
- GB/T 6451: Technical Parameters for Three-Phase Oil-immersed Power Transformers.
- GB/T 25446: Technical Parameters for Oil-immersed Amorphous Alloy Distribution Transformers.

3. Energy Efficiency Classification
The product series is categorized into three efficiency grades:
- S25 Class I Efficiency (NX1): Ultra-high efficiency (compatible with IEC 60076-20 Tier 3).
- S21 Class II Efficiency (NX2): Advanced efficiency (meeting NEMA TP-2 criteria).
- S15 Class III Efficiency (NX3): Baseline efficiency for cost-sensitive applications.

1. Amorphous Alloy Core Advantages
- Material properties:
- Non-crystalline structure with low hysteresis loss and high resistivity, minimizing eddy current losses (core loss reduction ≥75% vs. S11-type transformers).
- Compliant with IEC 60404-8-8 (magnetic materials).
2. Core & Winding Design
- Three-phase five-limb wound core:
- Rectangular cross-section for optimized magnetic flux distribution.
- Winding configuration:
- HV windings: Polyvinyl acetal enameled wire.
- LV windings: Flat wire or copper foil construction, enhancing short-circuit withstand capability (≥25kA/3s per IEC 60076-5).
3. Electrical Performance
- Dyn11 connection group:
- Suppresses higher-order harmonics (THD ≤3% per IEEE 519).
- Robust load imbalance tolerance (≤10% phase deviation).
- Vacuum oil impregnation:
- Eliminates air pockets in windings (degassing rate ≥99.9%, per IEC 60296).
- Ensures stable dielectric strength (≥40kV AC/1min).

- Fin-type radiators:
- Replace conventional oil ducts, improving heat dissipation efficiency (temperature rise ≤60K).
