A:Yes, every product comes with a one-year quality guarantee period (provided that the customer uses it correctly).

Q: Do you have certificates?

A: Yes, each of our products has CE, CB, CCC and KEMA certificates. If you need other certificates, we can help apply for them.

Q: Do you offer OEM/ODM services?

A: Yes! We provide product customization. We have a professional team of designers and engineers, who can customize products according to the drawings or specific requirements provided by customers.

Q: What is your minimum order quantity?

A: 1 set.

Q: How about the delivery time?

A: The delivery time depends on the order quantity, usually 15-30 days.

Q: How do you control the quality?

A: Our quality control team strictly follows the total quality management system to ensure that every step complies with ISO standards. In addition, if you need, we will take photos and videos for you. Each product will undergo comprehensive assembly and careful testing before packaging and shipping.

Q: How long is the warranty period?

A: The warranty period is one year from the date of sale. If there is a problem with the accessories during this period, you only need to provide photos of the damaged accessories, and we will provide new accessories for free. Depending on the quantity of products, we will also provide vulnerable accessories for free. We can also provide technical support if you need it.
